The project:
Service carried out on behalf of a Private Client for the renovation of an apartment on the fifth floor of a condominium. The owner requested to connect the apartment to the attic above via an internal staircase. To this end, a study was conducted for the installation of an internal elevator and, alternatively, a simple staircase. Currently, work has been limited to renovating the fifth-floor apartment, pending completion of the rest.
The project involved building renovation with minor internal layout changes, installation of a new air conditioning system, and mechanical ventilation. Additionally, the heating, plumbing, and electrical systems were completely renewed with a home automation system.
