The project:
Service carried out on commission from a private client for the renovation and change of use from commercial to residential of a building unit within a semi-detached house in Dolo (VE).
The project involved the renovation of the old ground-floor shop, with modifications to the internal layout to create an apartment for two occupants. The intervention required the construction of a new grease trap and a complete overhaul of the plumbing and electrical systems.
