Project Description
The commission involved the design of the restoration of the external plasterwork with the recovery of decorative elements, the refurbishment of the roof covering, and the installation of new mechanical systems inside. The residential building, dating from the early 20th century, consists of three above-ground floors and features a mixed masonry structure of stone and brick with timber floors.
