The Project
The restoration project of the church was characterized by a highly conservative approach and was structured into the following sections: building fabric, structural elements, stone decorative features, wooden decorative elements, paintings, furnishings, and sacred vestments. For the first time, a public entity entrusted an architect with the task of designing the restoration not only of the built components but also of every aspect of fixed and movable furnishings.
