Services Provided
Historical research; preliminary, final, and executive design; metric and photographic surveys of the façades, roofs, ground floor, and attic at 1:50 scale; critical surveys of deterioration and structural damage; preparation of detailed executive drawings at 1:20 and 1:10 scales; stratigraphic and petrographic investigations; construction supervision; and safety coordination during both design and construction phases.

Project Description
The project concerned the consolidation and restoration of the façades, as well as the re-covering of the roof, including the restoration of architectural elements such as chimneys and dormers. The western portion of the palace, which belongs to a different property owner, was excluded from the scope of intervention.

Project Documentation
Metric surveys, critical surveys (deterioration and damage), and intervention drawings at 1:50 scale; detailed construction drawings at 1:20 and 1:10 scales; photographic surveys; historical report; technical reports for each work phase; bills of quantities; technical specifications and contract outlines; health and safety plan and coordination.

Design Phase Timeline
Each phase required, on average, 15 days to complete.
